- Click "Request Mission" on the dashboard for a specific property, or use the Request Inspection form.
- Open the Reports page from the dashboard (Reports → View All Reports).
- Use the Contact button in the Need Assistance card on your dashboard.
- Reports are typically available within 24-48 hours after the mission completes.
- Scheduling is handled by our operations team — request a mission and include preferred times in the form.
- Open the property details in your account and use the Edit button to update the address.
- A renewal indicates a previous inspection is due for reinspection based on age or condition.
- Reports are visible to your account users and affiliated contractors with permissions.
- Use the Download Archive action on the Reports page; contact support if you need a full export.
- Go to Account Settings and update your contact information there.
